I would love to fly my girlfriend out for this weekend. She did not like the twisty crayon run we did in the Odyssey, so I'm curious as to how the non-driving companions like this ride? I'm thinking the S will give a much less queezy ride.

 

I've done this trip with my wife twice. The only reason she came the second time was only if I promised that she would be able to stay in Greer and spa on the day of the 191 drive. That worked out great for both of us.

 

It is def not a ride for someone who gets uncomfortable in the car, or does not find it fun to drive spiritedly. Sections of this road are pretty intense with twists and elevation.

I just talked to my wife. We are in! I am really good buddies with WITT34-- he will be traveling along way like me. I just moved to Boise, Idaho from Georgia. If the hotel is full I am willing to find another one.
