Default Coilover help...

I bought Javi's JIC coilovers. I want to put them on and bring it to Dallas to get it "dialed in" before TDE. Does anyone know how or have the equipment to install coilovers? I know it is easy, but I don't want to mess anything up. (and I know that sometimes the stock bolts can be hard to get off w/o an impact wrench) Anyone wana help put them on, or suggest where to get them installed for cheap
Thanks guys!

I can get the stands and spring compressor. Can I also rent the impact wrench or do I need to try to borrow one? What is a good time for you?

generally a day during the week since i am rarely off on weekends.. when i normally do mine i always borrowed an impact gun.. but has been a minute since i have talked to my buddy. might be a good expenditure to buy one. once we get enough tools we can be able to all buddy up and hook each others cars up

I'd take your time and do your first HPDE with the stock suspension which is a very good one. You should read up on how ofter coilovers actually can make a car slower on the track at least until you get it sorted out. You have a known setup right now, but dont throw too many variables in there for your first track event. Just my .02

id have to agree, even if it us "tuned" your still not going to be used to the way the car reacts. this is why i am waiting to buy my coilovers

Yeah I'm going to go along with Keith on this. We are only about month and a half out from the TDE event and rushing to install and set up your coilovers is going to be very difficult. My suggetsion is to drive the car on stock suspension on the track because the setup is next to none that away when you put your aftermarket suspension on you have something to go by based off of your experience, becuase no matter how hard you do it on the street it isn't track driving. Suspension is probably the hardest thing to set up on your car and your going to have to make minor adjustments as you go along.
