also, checked every "air related" fuse under the hood and they're all fine.

Be sure not to let the dirty water from outside the filter go into the filter.

oh yeah i made sure of that. washed out the bucket and rubberbanded a shop cloth and held my hand around the opening so i could spray the filter part down real well before the second soak.

A kinked hose will do it to Mason. The black box on the Ibeam would be related to that code its part of the system. Thats why i am pointing to that and then the solenoid that you had to reroute that was on your air box originally. Check those two areas there.
