jeez... CG - that does sound really sucky. and Steve, you're definitely a patient man. at least it seems that they are trying to do you right, and not just jerk you around in the situation.
oh and yeah - the window down thing has come to me once, and now again a 2nd time...
still, they are saying they will cover it.

Got it back today 
Seems to be fine now. No CEL! Air temp at 34*F 
In the back of my mind, though, is a little voice pondering over and over....."Did they just unplug the CEL?"
