I've just fitted one of the full height clear shields purchased from

and taken the car out for a run on the freeway. It certainly makes a noticeable difference.

I didn't have any shield at all before so I can't comment on the difference between the standard Honda one and the full height one. However, I think I'll be quite happy with this one. Nor would I bother with any further shielding (such as filling in the headrests) because I think that would be getting close to being like driving an ordinary car with a sunroof.
