Is it true that stock cd changer is alpine?
so does that mean if i buy an alpine head-unit i can continuing using the stacker with an adaptor or something?

I had a feeling it was Kenwood, but anyway ... No you can't use the same one because the wiring head adaptor for the stacker and deck is different meaning only Honda will fit Honda and so on. Honda has it designed that way so you cannot swap around, you either change the complete system or you just use the crappy sounding stock one.
