I took these last night (Thu 30 Oct).... just near my apartment in Exhibition Street, Melbourne!!
With a number plate and attitude like that.... you'd have to be - a word that rhymes with 'banker'?!

If ever you're in doubt as to whether it's a conspiracy or a foul-up ----- go for the foul-up every time.
From the evidence presented by these photos it's hard to know whether it's a case of blatant arrogance or just a stupid simple mistake.

It's just shear arrogance and the fact that a potential $100 fine, means nothing to the owner of a $200+K vehicle!!

I recently saw a Maserati parked in a no standing zone near my local movie cinemas (in western sydney).
I guess that they figure they are so rich a parking fine is nothing to pay, or that they no so many people that they can talk their way out of it?
Damn I'd love to carry around some big stickers saying "this is an illegally parked vehicle", some places do whack these huge stickers on your windows if you park illegally.

I agree that there is a high probability that it is a case of arrogance but we should keep our minds open to the small possibility that it was a mistake.
I'm sure we've all made a few parking blunders when driving at night for the first time in a strange new country where we don't speak the language.
I challenge you to find a legitimate parking spot in Tokyo or Bombay on your first night there.

No matter how many times I look at it, I still dont understand why Porsche chose this design in the first place.
