Just because MS was a mechanic that does not mean he was a good one.
But it made him an engineer's dream driver, who could give them proper feedback and develop the car to the fullest. MS is the best

You mean they couldn't find any sponsors - just like BGP can't....
No, from what i remember they payed like 20 million pounds to a marketing firm to find sponsors and they decided to go with the concept of Green instead.

And from what i've heard Brawn had plenty of sponsors knocking, but they haven't taken, i think they only want 1 primary sponsor instead of a few 'small' sponsors. I'm pretty sure just after Melbourne they could have gotten a bankrupt bank to sponsor them. Now BGP is running a smaller budget than teams like Mclaren, Ferrari, etc... so it should be easier in a way to cover their costs.

^^ you are right. I think the deal with Virgin was somewhat restrictive or limited. I also think the deal was for only a few races

I don't even understand the point of all this thread. So Honda spent a lot of money developing the car, so what? Brawn's success can not all be attributed to RB? Of course not, he's a huge part of it, but not all.

Sounds like just another attempt by the usual Brawn detractors.

I did mention the one-time "dream team" at Ferrari, didn't I? and also said that Brawn may have fashioned a similar team in the current team, is all
That dream team still managed to lose 2 championships...
