I wonder if it's going to be like last year where Toyota reveals one car really early, then after everybody else unveils their cars, Toyota comes out with their "REAL" TF106.
In terms of the look, to me, too many aero pieces are sticking out all over the place.

they've gone for a more softer , more mature red..
but really more for Gazza to show off as a dig to Newey..
i say who cares what colour it is, its all in the results on a Sunday afternoon..

Don't know about the Bridgestones though, seems like a step back to me because it'll take the better part of the year to get up to Michelin standards (if they do at all).

Looks like they kept the keel-less system, introduced late in the previous season.

A keel is a term used traditionally in the building of boats. It's the long beam that runs along the bottom of the boat that the hull of the boat is built around.
In F1, the keel is where the lower-front suspension arms attach to the body.
Here is a single keel configuration:

Twin keel:

Toyota's recent new front end:

Notice how the lower suspension arm attach directly to the chasis. It would be interesting to see if the '06 car removed the keel all together.

on the recent front end, the keel has nothing more than an aero function. I wouldn't even call it a keel. Its more like a vane or splitter. I'd like to see how the shape continues into the front wing.
