V8 F1 motor vs Restricted V10
Recorded Today at Barcelona F1 test
VERY LOUD!!! VL driving limited V10 in Triple H's 4th team

I still think nothing can beat the banshee shriek of a full grid of V10s racing into the first corner. Gave me goosebumps at this year's Canadian GP. 
I'm really interested to hear what the V8's sound like in person next season. Audio/Video files never really capture the raw sound coming from the engines.

I can think of one... The Ferrari 12cylinder F1 motors. Now there's NOTHING that can compare to the lustful sound of those engines. V10s are a distant second.
