Thumbs down HELP! Possible broken differ?

I'm getting this loud thump noise under my rear everytime I accelerate, I believe it has something to do with my differential, but i'm not sure. I taped my camera under the rear with duck tape(I know..ghetto) and recorded the noise. I don't think it's safe driving the S2k right now, but due to the fact this is my daily driver and my only transport to work and school, i need to find out what's wrong ASAP, so i can get this fixed. If anyone has any suggestions or know what's wrong with it, i would appreciate if you can share your idea's.

It's weird how it only makes that thump noise when i accelerate, I really don't want to take my car to honda for like a $200 inspection.

Are all the gears working? It sounds like some "teeth" are broken from your gearbox or differential.

I don't think it's the axles or the CV. Does the car vibrate due to the noise?
