it doesnt sound like a diff problem. it seems like when the exhaust moves or vibrates, the noise appears. did you try shifting around the exhaust? see if the noise happens when you shift the exhaust a little. or check to see if the exhaust is hitting anything? also if you think its the springs. take off the tires and check to see if any bolts are loose. or check the top pillowmounts to see if the 2 14mm's are loose.
its hard to say by this video. i could totally be wrong. but the noise looks like it happens when the exhaust is moving.

That's odd. The noise seems like it would be something else. I would think loose lug nuts because of the way the car was moving side to side and the noise seemed to have a direct correlation to speed.

Now i need new after market springs, i'm currently running teins in the front and stock on the rears. I can't seem to get the front stock springs back in the struts, because it's too stiff and high.

I think you may have something else going on and might end up with the same problem if you lower it again.
Possible CV bearing that is now wearing in a different spot due to the raised ride height and now not making any noise.
Those spacers and swapping axles might get you some added life to the bearings.
