so earlier this year i posted pics about my brothers jdm db8 conversion, this sunday he will be picking up a jdm rhd front clip from socal, if any of you guys information on how to install, i.e information on using the jdm clip or if it is a straight swapping of parts, i know close to little about doing the swap but anyone with information that could help plz pm me or post ty, the s2ki crowd has always been helpful. ty

i know that the firewall will have to be relocated but thats about as far my knowledge about this conversion goes.. any help would be great

i take it that you are making it RHD. i know you have to cut the car in half. its alot of work.

yeah, juss found out we have to weld the jdm clip to the car, also my brother is making the deposit next week on the k20a2, its coming together fairly quickly ill have pics posted later.

thanks ken, i appreciate that alot, its going to be hard finding someone to weld it together. since im use to working on my own car, never really needed to find anyone to do anythign for me

im pretty sure andy knows how to do some of that stuff. i was talkin to him about his mango at jdm theory and he mentioned it u should try giving him a pm

scott, for the rhd conversion all you need to do is change out the firewall and swap out all the stuff from the clip onto the car itself. you dont have to cut the car in half and weld on the rhd clip.

i know someone who is a mechanic at acura and has installed and welded (radiator supports) many jdm fronts before (im not too sure about rhd clips). PM me if you want his number he gives good pricing.
