Default Thunderhill question/hitchhiking

Anyone going past the Sacramento airport without a passenger?

I'm thinking of flying out that Tuesday evening (arriving whenever is convenient for my ride) to hang out with everyone for the track day. After the track day, I am prepared to hang out at the airport Wednesday night until my flight (if I get stuck on a redeye flight) or get a hotel room and fly out first thing Thursday am if I'm able to get a day flight, so whoever could just drop me back off in Sacramento.

Can anyone have pity on a poor girl with no ride?

P.S. Getting a rental car is fine by me if that is what it comes down to, but cthree suggested I post and ask...

Pellis, I haven't booked the flight yet, but my flight in can be arranged to be convenient to whoever picks me up, or I can wait until whomever can get there...

Yeah San Jose or SFO or even Oakland would make it much easier and convenient for someone to give you a ride.

Sondra,

I'm going to spend Monday night & Tuesday in Sacramento (staying at the Clarion Hotel downtown), then drive the rest of the way (to Willows) sometime Tuesday afternoon/early evening. I would be glad to pick you up at the airport or I imagine they have a shuttle from there to my hotel.

Or you can use me as a backup if you get stuck--call the hotel & leave a message.

Unfortunately, you probably will have to ride in my Jaguar XKR--my Honda won't be repaired in time for this outing.

If you need a back up in Sacramento give me a call. Sent you a PM with number.

Yes, I'm in Seattle. But I will be in Sacramento before and after the event.
