So a friend tells me that UCI police are cracking down on people around campus without front license plates. I don't want to have them hassle me with that and exhaust and whatnot so I'm gonig to mount my front plate for the first few weeks of school. I don't have the mounting hardware. I don't even know what I need to mount it (i think a plastic backing piece and the 2 screws should be it). If anyone has a spare that they would like to lend, sell, or give to me I would appreciate it. Thanks
