Default f the freeway

so i was driving back from norcal and 10 mins home on the 60 freeway heading to DB. i hit something on the freeway because all of a sudden i heard a boom and then scrapes. at first i thought it was my tire that popped but after pulling over and getting out, the tires appear to be fine.

then i realize its my front lip. i walk infront, sure enough its cracked in half and i have big scrape marks on my front bumber.

ASDFASDFASf never thought this would happen to me

its like an obstacle course out there, you have to dodge alot of things when you drive on the freeway, they need more ppl to pick up trash out there

Those 18 wheelers need to do a better job of checking their treadwear on the dual tire hubs. I see those shredding a lot and leaving big chunks of their tires on the freeways all the time.

I feel your pain I hit a box spring mattress that fell of a truck head on while I was driving late a night, the car is still in the shop getting fixed. Thank God for insurance.....everything will be covered.....

I didn't have a choice - cars on either side of me, nowhere to go. It wasn't a situation where I could get out of the way, or driving slower would help - it was in traffic so everyone was going around 50mph.
