Loud rubbing sound at rear of car -- sounds like
It' a rubbing sound that occurs at slow speed after I've been on the freeway and gotten off. It doesn't do it when it's cold. It occurs whether or not I'm on the brakes. Sometimes it's really loud. A service advisor at Pasadena Honda listened to it and said it was the rear brakes. They replaced the rear brakes, but the noise continued. Then a mechanic listened to it and said it was the rear brake rotors. They replaced the rotors yesterday, but the noise is still there. Has anyone else experienced this? My S has almost 98, 000 miles on it.

is it a metallic squeak rubbing sort of noise that goes squeak squeak squeak as the wheels turn? May be your wheel bearings going bad. Your service can check for this by using a stethescope-like device
