250 retainer, 250 an hour, should be less than 1250 total

ALL DONE!
I had court today, Got it nocked down to a 1 point violation with a $350.00 fine!

Damn! That's not the same thing, that's quite a bit worse. Attempting to evade is like resisting arrest, and judges don't like to hear that. You definately need a lawyer. What were you doing? Were you really trying to outrun the cops?

Never run from a cop, you'll never get away with it, they will always catch you (eventually). Even if the cruiser doesn't the helicopter will

Oh, I got away. but they found me hiding (lost em easy).
I went to court once for it and I am appealing it so wish me luck.
My car is for sale (on this site) now you know why.
