Default Timing belt tensioner

How much has everyone that had this part replaced paid to have it done?

I see the part is around 115-125 bucks.

Let me know, I am getting real tired of the ticking noise from the motor.

The chain tensioner right? If you are talking about the camchain auto tensioner its very easy to do and not really worth paying someone, even for a novice.
