Default 04 Accord Pwr Locks / Pwr Seat problem

Ok so my buddies accord has a few bugs and I'm trying to figure it out. Thought that maybe a honda guru here might know the answer.

Problem 1: power door locks have stopped working, both on the remote and on the car.

I believe it will be the fuse(haven't checked yet, he's on his way over now). If its not, what else could the problem be, some sort of relay?

Problem 2: His power seat on the drivers side will not recline fully. The motors work, but it will only go halfway backwards. The back will recline forward, but when you try to recline back, it will only go so far before stopping.

not sure what is wrong, but I'm going to take a look at it to see if its some sort of blockage in the track or motor.

Anyone who can add any advice or insights, I'd appreciate it.

Mods if this is in the wrong section please move.

Thanks
