Default 2006 Accord info online

Honda has updated their website with the 2006 Accord information/pictures. Shows the restyled front and rear end.

Also of some interest, a 6 speed manual is now available on the EX-V6 sedan this year.

Funny note, the V6 manuals use the 17" rims from the previous gen Acura CL/TL Type S.

Saw that too, thought my eyes were playing tricks on me with those wheels.

I dunno why they never had the 6 speed with the sedan before this year. The TSX had that, and I'm sure a lot of people think a 2 door Accord is too big anyways.

I also noticed they bumped the 4 to 166hp and the V6 to 244.

I see that they went from I VTEC to VTEC. Anyone know why?

The 4-cylinder is still i-VTEC. I don't think the V6 was ever i-VTEC
