Around town, the RSX is so agile, so light on its feet, so neatly balanced, so crisp at step-off that we voted it Most Likely to Carve Traffic into Invisibly Thin Slices. Close your eyes, and the RSX Type-S is like driving a Honda S2000. Okay, so maybe you shouldn't close your eyes too long. Just long enough to sign a check for $24,240.
I didnt feel like searching the site to see if this had been posted, but I just wanted to point out the quote. Flame on. I was rather surprised, however, that they made this comparison and that the rsx was voted number 1.

I think they were jokingly complimenting the RSX-S's handling.

Why is that? RSX-S handles very good.

The RSX probably has a good turn in, the crappy all season tires will soon give way after that. New tires would make a world of difference.

The stock tires are garbage, it also has a hint too much body roll for my tastes though I haven't driven an 05+, so that may have been taken care of via the suspension updates they did in '05.

Having recently driven a Cobalt SS though, I might disagree with their selection of the RSX over it. It was definitely more of a beast than the RSX, and had more "gee wiz" features, but I didn't feel nearly as comfortable in it as the RSX. By that I don't mean relaxation style comfort, but "driver" comfort or maybe familiarity/ergonomics would be a better way to put it. Maybe with as much seat time in it as I had in the RSX would change my opinion, but the shifter in particular was ehhhh compared to the RSX. Overall it was pretty damn good for a ~23K car.
