Let's try to give some productive advice to the guy.
Question: Are you shopping new or used? I think depending on the model year you will find pros and cos for both the s2k and the 350z. Newer 350z's will have more power and some of the kinks have been worked out.
Likewise, the newer S2000's have a slightly larger engine, improved torque, bigger tires, and more planted handling feel.
Overall Z will be quicker/faster in a straight line. S2000 is more tossable handling wise. Test drive both and see what you like.
