2013 viper and ACR will be at the top. They haven't run the base viper since it got rid of it's shit tires and gained 100 HP.

The new viper should be near 700 and hopefully have a cup tire option.

Some day one of these mags is going to have to do one of these lap battles with 20-30 cars all on the same day under the same conditions. That or make an effort to do all the testing under certain weather conditions, and be very diligent about re-doing cars when newer versions come out.

Don't they know that we can't accurately bench race without up-to-date facts in front of us?

Most of the comparisons have been putting the TT-RS, Cayman R, and 1M pretty close. I'm confused as to why there's such a disparity in lap times. Tires maybe?
Not too surprised about the ranking of the 1M. That seems to be one of the few BMWs that is less than the sum of its parts.
Have you driven one? All the owners I've talked to are very happy w/ them, and I thought VTach's was fun to drive even during break-in.

Too many people confuse lap times w/ fun factor. It is indeed possible to have a slower car be more fun than a faster one. Powersliding around corners may not be the fastest way, but it's undeniably fun!

I'm actually shocked the TT-RS ran with the c63. That looks like the real winner on that list all things considered.

it was a CLS63, not a C63...
Mercedes Benz C63 AMG Coupe, two below buddy...

I love the fact that acr viper is still king of any normal car. It is awesome that it includes ferraris, lambos, etc... King of the compensators!

Well, the new Viper and new GT500 will just give GM a reason to push the next Corvette that much farther. And you know they will. Can't have a Mustang with more power than a ZR1...

hey at least we both actually have the car. Pretty much every gtr nut swinger here has never even driven the car. But, yes I do swing from the nutz of the viper.

I am seriously impressed by the Panamera Turbo S. Put Michelin Cup tires on that 4-wheeled living room and it would be trading lap times with the GT3 RS.
