Fact is life sucks and then you die.

Unions were originally great things, now they are bastardized forms of once helpful organizations that swing their power to squeeze and hurt their employers.

It's wise to use proper grammar and punctuation when you correct someone else's spelling.

You should have seen how I was sweating writing that sentence. Watch magician come in and show me what mistakes I made.

No, breaking the rules (NINA and NINJA home loans) is what caused the problems we are currently having.
Why did lenders start offering NINA and NINJA type loans? Greed? Surely. But why all the sudden did such exploitation become so profitable? What changed? You must dig deeper.. much, much deeper.. if you wish to find the root. You're still in the top soil.

Congressional insistance on opening homeownership to more people, inc. more minorities. Many of these people shouldn't have been able to finance a bagel, nm a house, but special financial instruments were created so they could.

It's just not PC to point it out.

I'm a pilot, too, and I just wanted to point out that not all of us are this elitist/arrogant. Posts like this make us look bad.

For the record, I am in favor of the free market and opposed to unions.
