Besides a complete MSDS sheet, this stuff is basically a biodiesel type of refined light oil. It will absorb water like ethanol, but as far as getting better gas mileage, well not on a new engine in any case.

I have worked with ester oils before, and I can say for sure that they will not hurt your engine, but as far as the benefits, you would be better off with making sure your tires are inflated and your spark plugs are gapped correctly.

So yes, snake oil.
