Default Evo vs a2000

So I got my 07 s2000 and love it more then ever. But I almost got an Evo. Most likely an Evo 8 or 9. Did I make the right call?

If you are looking to pick up chicks, yes. If you want to drive in the snow, no.

Yeah you did. No my opinion isn't bias cause I own a S2k, I love Evo's but would never trade my S for one.

There is much to be said for AWD, however, there is even more to be said for topless RWD motoring.

I've had an Evo X and two S2000's. I loved the Evo, and I love the S2000, but they are two very different cars. A slightly modded Evo is a mid range torque monster with mountains of grip and confidence. With the active AWD of the X, it did all the work for you. I always felt invincible in the corners in that car. The S2000 is a much more analog car with a high revving 4 banger. If you take a corner well in the S2000, it's because YOU drove the car well. I also really like being able to drive around with the top down when the weather's nice. All in all the Evo is a better DD, but the S is a better dedicated drivers car.

Yes you did. I went from an ap2 to an evo 9 mr to an ap1. Don't miss it at all but I did miss the s2k every time I drive the evo so I had to get back into one

The s2000 is a really fun car but if I had to pick just one it would the evo.
