there are a few others on there for less...so probably a BS price...in any case, too much for me to spend on something with a rollcage.

Love the wheels but $85K? Sure, it's a race car but I'm pretty sure I'd grab a 996 or 993 Porsche race car for that kind of money. Just as reliable (maybe more so) and way more parts and support. Heck - a Vette racecar would be a better idea, I'm pretty sure.

I love this car, but it's just priced wrong IMO. Used Elises are at a good price now in the $35k range, and with a bit of work you can save yourself the $50k premium. I don't see the point in paying so much for a fairly slow(but fun!) car that is really only useable on a track.

slow? 243 hp and 0-60 in under 4 secs, seems pretty fast to me?

On a more wide open track it will easily be dusted by other cars in the same price range that can also be driven daily.

Last I checked, toyota parts were easy to came by.
