RX-7 conversion = 10-12000
I almost did it with my 93 FD
Turns out the LS-1 is 4000 with tranny and its actually LIGHTER than the 13b rotary engine - yes you heard me. Also it effects the bias in the RX-7 by about 1 percent
With custom subframe, and associated piping it could fit in the S2000 too

The Monster Miata ended up being heavier than a stock Miata (100 pounds?) but the BW T5 was lighter than the stock Mazda 5 speed. Because more weight was added to the extremities the polar moment of inertia was increased.
