I really like the LC. Strikes me as the perfect daily driver if I had a lot of cash to spend, and looks great. No need for a sub-$100k GT car to be super fast and overtly sporty.

Then don't buy one.

For the market Lexus have made this vehicle for it will do fine.

There always has to be a hater for no apparent reason what so ever. From every reviews I read, everybody comes away very impressed about the LC in every way (exterior, interior, handling, etc.) I'll admit I will not be able to afford a new one but I sure as hell feel a lot better to own a used one few years from now than a used Jag or Porsche...

To be fair, neither Jaguar or Porsche have a direct competing car to the LC500, but I concede your point. Toyota are envy of every volume manufacturer.

i think that this car looks great, if you swap out the front end. Yuck. Everything else looks pretty good though.

Yeah, I didn't think so neither I was just responding someone saying in earlier post about why would anyone get the LC over a 911 or F-type. I think the LC compete more with the the Merc S coupe or 6 series from BMW...
...Forgot to mention not until they come out with a F version anyway...

At least you don't have to spend money putting a clear bra on the front since 90% of the front end is plastic grill.

How is it selling actually? I see several at the Lexus dealer just sitting around. Are they selling good and Lexus IS just making a lot of them or are they not selling that great?

Car sales shows they sold 176 in January, so

It's winter up here, so I don't expect to see many running around right now. They're selling better than NSX's.
