Seriously, stop and think about it. The S2K is a 10yr old platform, and there's no plans for a successor. Honda doesn't make sports cars anymore.

This is a cool one-off, nothing more. Don't get your hopes up.
Honda may release the NSX afterall, since they are using it for races.

We've seen modified S2000s running around as precursors to other things, like the NSX successor prototype. So I wouldn't be surprise if this was Honda's way of doing some cost effective testing to see how an upcoming sports coupe concept could work out....Hmmm.

the v10 from the m5 would be a much better "wild" swap imo.

I don't know what the excitement is about...? Seems like it makes good power and it's SH-AWD.. okay...

The reason I got my s2k.

1. It's a fun RWD
2. High RPM
3. Good balance

This s2k got none of those. What exactly is the point seriously? Just get another car like Z, or people just want the look of S2000...? lol
Dude what? Can you read? The engine is FROM the TL. Nowhere does it say they have somehow magically stuffed an AWD solution under the skin of this S2000. Moreover since you have not driven this car you have no business speaking to its "balance".

Personally I wish they had built this car. The biggest defeciency the S2000 has always suffered is a lack of horsepower and torque.

OH MY GAWD! DO WANT!

I've had my S for 5 years. I dont care if this thing dosent rev to 8200rpms. Give me an engine that is buttery smooth that can propel my s2k even faster!

Too bad Honda would never build it.

Why go through all this hassle when you could just buy a Z4M with similar numbers, better gearing, and a better interior?
Because the Z4M is a piece of shit.

That's my opinion and I know i'll catch hell for insulting BMW on this forum, but...BMW blows donkey. They will never get my money.
