ok the problem seems to be the camshaft sensor.

did some research and their is a recall for this defect, what's ironic is had the recall done 2 months ago when their wasn't a problem and the new one caused the problem!

so have to go in again and get it replaced, but get this, they say it's a one time replacement and now it's gona be charged, I DON'T THINK SO!

looks like i'm up for some arguing, yay how fun!
