I bet you that a NSX v6 in that Evora would be so HAWT

What changes were made between the camry v6 vs. the evora's v6? They pretty much make the same power. Leaving it unchanged, imo, wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing, in fact I'd prefer if they just straight up dropped it, feels more reassuring that I could get the components straight from toyota.
ech, 75K is some duckets for this car, but it's very appealing to me. I wonder how the access to the engine bay looks, couldn't find any picks with the "hood" raised.

The NSX seemed to be Honda's showcase for their racing car showcase. Regardless of how good it seemed back then, in 2009 the US versions of the NSX are an inferior sports car to many, featuring an Accord-like interior, 210-220 lbs of torque, electric or lack of power steering all together and a relatively, by modern-day standards flexible chassis.
As far as Lotus' racing ventures go, this seems to be their toned down, GT version of an Elise rather than showcase of their latest racing technology so there's no comparsion.

Hmmm for the same price I'd get a 320HP mid-engine Cayman S.
Moar power, same curb weight, same engine location...

I also am eager to see a comparison between this and the boxster/cayman. Road and Track timed the 2010 Boxster S (310hp, $56.7k msrp) at 12.6 seconds in the quarter mile!!! And the car is rated at 29mpg highway (which should net it up to 35mpg in purely highway driving now that the ratings are all skewed).

For me, this is what the next NSX should look like, this is "spiritual" the successor:
btw still no word -@ least, last time i check- about who is making the engines for the P11, one thing for sure, is not Mercedes.

The fact is that the 97+ nsx's are not as fast as the new supercars of this era, is hard .. is just 290HP .. yet with weight savings and basic bolt ons, you have a fantastic reliable car that still can be beaten by few .... and is true ... most people have no idea b/c have never driven one the way that it should be ...
