Nothing some better pads and brake fluid won't fix.
Z06's have transmission cooling issues if you run the shit out of them also, but these are things that can be solved rather easily and will never be encountered on the street anyway.

considering that the rear diff. is attached to the tranny, that would generate alot of heat, nothing a set of ~$2k tranny/diff cooler can't fix

the brakes ? well you got me there
heard that the clutch slave cylinder crap out too when hot, so keep those in minds pfb
