The Z4 has cool gadgets like rainsensing wipers and your choice of interior color. If you can afford the Z4 the go for it, hell if you can afford the Boxster S go for it. Before I bought the S My top three was between the Z4 ,S2k, Boxster S, But after all carefull consideration I like that I can see my motor and do regular maintenance on it and reliability came in first. Plus I with the extra cash I wasn't spending on the car I could use it on personalizing my S.
Each car has it's pro's and con's. You just have to decide what is important for you.
