What's this about your title?
I am buying a used bike today or tomorrow. I got a copy of the bike's title from the owner. What do I have to do with it to check if its stolen, totaled, etc? I ask this because when I run a carfax on it it says its all clear but no information comes up on the bike (ie make, model, year, etc)

Not sure on your state, but is there a way to contact the Motor Vehicle Admin to see if there is anything 
about only getting a COPY of the title.
Is the title clear? Does the guy have a lien on the bike?
