I'm surprised nobody's mentioned the MDX.

 

X5 if it's big enough inside for y'all's needs...if not, the MB.

 

I like the Sequoia or the Escalade. If it was for me, I would get the Xterra to take it off-road. But, it's for my mom...

 

The dealerships that I went to, both BMW and Mercedes, had bad service. I didn't get to see the X5 and only got to seat in the ML.

X5 has higher build quality I believe. I remember hearing a lot of complaints about the ML build quality. X5's cargo area is too small for my tastes. But the performance more than makes up for it! ML looks kinda like a minivan in my opinion

I like the ML's interior...the X5's looks bland. At first I liked the exterior of the X5 but now I don't like the back.
