If you've got her registration provide that to your insurance company and they'll trace her insurance company.

If she's not insured it'll go through MIB (Motor Insurance Bureau & not Men in Black )

I don't know any insurance companies that don't have the rule that you must inform them of all accidents regardless of blame.

First point of contact shoud always be YOUR insurance company assuming you are going to claim.
