Jags aren't blinged up often though, are they? (I think the kilted Andy spotted that first)

7 series beemers - yes, real chav motor, but they really like M series lookalike 3 or 5 series

anyway, why did the Jag driver show you his cock?!!!!!!!

The TT is not a sports car. Its 99% front wheel drive for a start,
its just a quick coupe. Looks nice enough but you dont long to
drive it fast on roads where an S, Elise or the like come 'alive'
because the Audi never does.
While I agree with you to a certain extent, don't slag it off completely - there's a market for cars like these, and if I was in the market for a car like this I would choose (a new) TT over a Z4 or a 350Z for example..

I don't believe you!

250PS TT 3.2 Coupe = 33k

BMW Z4 ///M = 35k

You would spend that 2k more every time just to avoid the hairdresser comments!

they pretty much define the term 'hairdresser's car'

this has nothing to do with the car's abilities

the driver profile for new ones is astonishing - metrosexual men, gay men, bimbos and permatan older women wearing too much gold - all wear sunglasses

Audi must love it

the driver profile for older versions is changing, but it is still dominated by rougher examples of the above groups

Looks like they are simply richer versions of MINI drivers...

Having said that, there are quite a few chavs driving S2000s these days...

interesting

my observations of MINI drivers suggests that there is a higher percentage of owners who simply 'wear' the car, as if it somehow instantly confers style upon them

these people are often visually unattractive and any efforts they make in that respect are usually horribloy misguided

fat women and short skirts come to mind for example

apart from these people, I do think you might be right about the MINI->TT tier

not sure about S2000 chav owners

I can't say that I've seen anyone who really fits my definition of a chav

but then I don't get out much
