Well based on your experience I certainly won't be using these guys - everybody accepts that mistakes happen, but it's how such mistakes are handled which makes a difference.

 

I got so annoyed with them mainly due to the fact that I have recommended them so many times in the past.

 

What I'd recommend doing is find one of their fitters and call them direct. Last time I used them I went a cracking little back street garage in Macclesfield. Since then I call those guys direct and they beat Blackcircles price everytime.

 

may i ask, where in Macc? i've been spending quite a lot of time up there this past few months.
