I loved driving a Clio 197 on the ring, I did manage to break it though. A clutch hose came off, meaning I had to be trailered off.
RS Renaults are much better built than their cooking equivalents.
And Vauxhalls are cars for people that know nothing about cars. You buy a Vauxhall and you get what you deserve: misery and derision.
The ONLY acceptable vauxhalls aren't vauxhalls: lotus carlton, Lotus VX220, Holden Monaro/VXR etc.

Are all hot hatches that esque? Aside from a golf gti or that Mazda which are understated.

Looking at getting one as a daily driver for the Mrs as she likes nippy little cars. 5-6K seems to pick up a low mileage 07 now. She likes comforts so the Cup is out.
Anyone owned one on here? I know people who have had Méganes of a similar age and have had nothing but issues. Have Renault upped their game?
