The brakes make me think I should do a BBK on the boosted S.

But ATM the front tyres are struggling, need to scrub them in and also break in the motor.. done about 60 miles so far, on the run back from dealer I was varying speed, keeping revs moving and trying to keep boost low though that is hard. I need to read the manual

Will post a pic of R mode dash.. you chaps will like it

Having been a fwd sceptic (not had one for 20+ years) I am currently sold that they can be impressive (the used one on 5k miles put the power down better than this one currently)

The boot lip is wider than my dog likes. Also has a lip where the e was flat

Still experimenting but I think the dogs are better in just boot, seats up, more contained

I liked blue too. Was a toss up. I'd have liked a black one but the upkeep on black cars would drive me wild, her CRV shows every finger print, stone chip and imperfection

Anyways, I configured the individual mode today for everything. Including dash

For those of you who run boosted F20Cs this thing gets to 20psi quite early in the revs (which is high for those who don't)

The +R dash is the best though I believe there is one that pays homage to the NSX too. No boost gauge?

So comfort dampers, all else in sport/R+

It rev matches on downshifts and is very good at it, even though it's not important on the road it probably reduces wear and tear?

Slightly OT

If you like Harry's vids watch the one on depreciation. Some mind blowing numbers. For me, a friend who is about 10 years older than me has received a terminal diagnosis and maybe that was a wake up call, since I have bought a bike and now car. I am done now though, hopefully for a while.

Yes, it's quite poor that, about 10x more expensive than the BEV but similar to my NA S2 I suppose

But on 5k miles a year it's no biggy. Beats my old M3 and feels quicker, more on its toes

I have found a few dislikes

If I speed it bongs 3 times. Apparently this can be disabled and is caused by the EU ****NoCrats
I will be removing that and continue to drive to the conditions

Stop start seems to be present, I want to disable this also. I tried putting all in R/sport but it hasn't f'ed off even though it does in +R (but that gives my money to my dentist)

The boot lip is significant

And that's it.

The front tyres are bedding in but it's still spinny uppy.

The engine is more capable than characterful but then it's a turbo 4 pot. It produces both power and grunt in surprising amounts, much stronger low down than my SC F20

The brakes made me think the brakes in my S2 had failed..

The entertainment system is very good and all the honda stuff is faster than on the e

Decent
I had ds2500's on my 06 S, and thought they were bloody brilliant. The brakes on this 340 however blow anything I've driven into the weeds, they're stupendous (and need to be!) and the discs are the upgraded gigantic ones.
You'll grow to love the spoiler, a throw back to the ATR, kinda
Stop start is a pain, but it's supposed to help economy, in tiny doses. Yet what makes me laugh is when you sit at the lights on red for what seems years, when no one is at the other junction. Gets my goat, traffic lights aren't "green".
I'd probably say you'll get 6-8000miles out the fronts if you're driving it normally.... Then welcome to understeer

Indeed, some traffic lights have sensors but many just a routine they repeat

We have a bus plug near us. Installed to discourage rat runners, hugely environmentally unfriendly, used to be on my school run

I don't miss the school run though it was ok in the summer, roof down

So I found the bongs can be killed but the car doesn't remember the setting. Grip is improving as I had hoped as the tyres scrub in

The car does auto blip on downshift. I don't know whether it can be turned off but it's pretty effective, better than my clumsy attempts.

Gearbox is great, boot is big, power is good. Still running it in for about another month but I am a fan of the +R mode even at 8/10s

Ordered an Evo back issue for a read

Also put some PPF on the boot lip as that took some hammer on the last car with the dogs... Pita job

Called luxshield
