I'm changing the diff fluid on my CRV this weekend - looks like a simple job but need to be able to transfer the fluid from the bottle into the filling hole. Funnel will not work as I wont be able to get the right angle on it to pour the fluid in.

Have found a few gravity fed pumps on the internet but wondering if anyone could recommend one for this job and where to get it. It must be able to pump fluid from the bottle on the ground UP into the diff.
(and ideally cost very little)

Have tried Halfords and they have nothing suitable

 

fleabay search for 'SIPHON PUMP' - there seems to be only one type of any use.
i used one on the S2000 for both gearbox and diff oil

i went straight from the bottle to the gearbox so perfect for your needs

 

Large syringe & a length of hose??
