Actually, even though I'm a JB fan, Teflonso is doing a fantastic job in a car that isn't quite there.

JB had a shaky start to the season, but has improved a lot late season.

@ Teflonso.

You are right Mark, Fred's had a good year in the 3rd fastest car. But for me he's not had any really great drives like JB has. But still worth a mention just for getting that old Fiat up on the podium 7 times this year so far.

Oh dear. Lewis Hamilton can't stop screwing it up one way or another. It's getting a bit painful to watch; I really thought he was going to throw a strop in the press conference.

A shame Button couldn't have found that extra 0.010 seconds.

Yet another poor performance from Webber. It's getting a little embarrassing now...

No, JB will likely not be champion next year, certainly not for sure.

A formality for Vettel this year however, have to say though he has been consistent in his approach this year and I am warming a little to him, but I still don't rate him as highly as some of the other top drivers ... but he is getting stronger and more experienced all the time the season progresses and he is still a very young guy ... so could be an interesting few years in F1 for him ... not that I will be watching much of it once SKY has it's claws in however

Explain??

On another note, something is clearly up with Hamilton this weekend. One reporter said he looked ready to breakdown in the press conf yesterday...

Forgot to say, while the F1 cars sounded good, that Merc estate was bloody unbelievable. Every time it went round I pulled out my earplgs for a listen - love it! Sounded a lot more meaty than the SLR too. Just porn.
I was caught off guard on how nice it sounded.

Didn't realize another S2ki member was at the race as well.

I did a small article on it.

My predictions for tomorrow
JB is my main tip for the win. Consistent race pace, better tyre strategy will win out
Hamilton CAN win, but needs to have an incident free race. He's on the way to a meltdown IMHO so the odds are pretty low.
Vettel will probably be second, and that will be due to tyre wear.
The Monobrow will be third if(when) Hamilton has an incident.
Webber will have no luck. Again. He really missed his opportunity last season. Shame.
Massa will do feck all that anyone notices. Apart from listen to some words of wisdom from Rob Smedley. When are they going to let Rob drive instead?
Schumacher will crash into someone.
Rosberg will have an exciting start to the race then have a pathetic mid field finish. Just like every single other race of the season.

In other news, a Lotus (one of the 4) will have technical failure.
Eddie J will get on several million people's nerves
The crowd will either go Wild or Mild depending on if you're listening to DC or MBrundle.

I think it all must be getting to him somewhat.

Rightly or wrongly he's been more heavily scrutinised than anybody else this year and has been constantly criticised.
The press conferences seem to dwell on events at past races and on his management team. There's maybe something in the comments about his management.

I think I said this a few weeks ago, but he needs to get on top of his mind management.

I think he is genuinely confused about what is expected of him also this year. To give an example, Hamilton was heavily criticised for trying to get past Massa in qualifying earlier this season (Monza maybe??), Webber and Schumacher use equally agressive tactics to get past Hamilton in qualifying today, but the focus and criticism is aimed at Hamilton.

Same thing again at Singapore. Hamilton gets a penalty for his incident with Massa (I actually agreed with it as it cost Massa a lot of time), but Rosberg forced one of the Williams off circuit in a far more aggressive/dangerous move, but didn't receive a thing for it.

I'm not arguing for or against, but there must be a lot of confusion in Hamilton's head.

God knows what he'll end up doing tomorrow, I'm positive he was the fastest guy on track today, but if his head is all over the place anything could happen.

for how many years JB's new contract is?

JB and Lewuis have good chance tomorrow.
but Seb still have better chance.

he's good and his car is still very fast.

Lewis's recklessness and Seb's tyres can remove them from the race.
