On another note, did anyone notice RBR were not allowed to run the 'holes in their brake ducts' either, this was also deemed illegal and they were forced to fill them in.

I must admit that I missed that completely. That will teach Newey, trying to be so clever. This probably accounts for Webbers poor race and stopped Vettel catching Hamilton after his pit stop late in the race.Serves them right.
Red Bull are nothing but a bunch of cheats deliberately misinterpreting the rules to improve their cars. None of the other teams do that.
Makes you wonder about the two wins that they have had this season.
Whilst I'm no big Red Bull fan, that's a little unfair. All the teams try to think of ways to gain an advantage by interpreting the rules to their advantage.

Brawn double diffusers
McLaren F-duct
Mercedes double DRS
Red Bull blown exhausts
Benetton/Renault mass damper
Lotus Lotus Renault forward firing exhaust
Tyrell 6-wheeler
Ground effect fans
etc

All part of the sport and most of them banned in the end.

Anyone would think I was claiming that ONLY RBR cheat, I know it goes on in other teams not least of which Ferrari, the fact is once RBR were told to plug the holes in the floor, and then in the brakes they were markedly slower than the Maclaren .. and the Ferrari come to that until the tyre wear advantage towards the end of the race.

There have been plenty of races this year where they have also been slower than those teams, even with the hole in the floor. I don't see what your point is here.

agreed... RBR had a horrible strategy this past Sunday. That and Mclaren was spot on (for the most part) in their tire management (well for Lewis). I just feel for Button and especially Schumacher. Schu has had the best attitude in regards to all of the short comings that have came his way.

Valencia then....

Monaldo is fastest in P1....if I were a betting man I'd have to put a few quid on Shumacher on this one on the basis his run of bad luck must come to an end.

Something about Valencia I just don't like, so far the quali has not piqued my interest very much either, hopefully the race will be a cracker.

Would be fantastic to see a Lotus winning, It's been a long time

Anyone see Davidson's crash?

Big one...

Also saw some footage of Brundle in the same race giving someone the 'wanker' signal

Lucky to walk away from that one I think...

Some pretty dumb questions out of Georgie when she interviewed him for Sky F1
