Like I said, no batteries, flywheel

was because of the überwrongness of your post. In the early days of KERS, Williams were the team to experiment with flywheels, but never raced it. Now of course they're using Renault engines, and so are using the same Renault KERS system that seems to give Red Bull problems all the time. Keep up.

The flywheel system acted like a battery anyway. It was spun up by an electric motor and its output was also electrical energy.
I understand the batteries used store up to 60kW of energy
Can anyone shed light on how the "Dissipate" button works? Where does it dissipate to?
So, a five place penalty for Schumacher in the next race, a dangerous manouvre - Hamilton 23 place penalty for an infringement of the rules ... hmmmm.
Massa's last race for Ferrari at Monaco unless he improves dramatically ?

Yeh, I can't see Massa making it to Silverstone. To be honest, if he is at Monaco I would be surprised after his appalling performance this season.
He has been off the ball since his accident, poor guy.
Problem is, Teflonso likes a weak teammate so do Ferrari keep Alonso happy (who has been performing exceptionally well) or bring in some competition in the form of Perez or Di Resta?

Lots of people could drive the second Ferrari, but would they necessarily be better than Massa? Look what happened last time. More likely than Barichello is Fisichella, who is still signed up for Ferrari and could drive. But I don't think he'd be better than Massa, probably the opposite.
