Silverstone opening up the YDT/Tyre test to fans for £15 a day or £35 all 3 days, free parking too. Great opportunity to get down and see/hear some F1 cars if you've not done so before

We have any ideas on the session times yet?
Nothing been announced on timings, would expect something to be confirmed next week to be honest.
Running up to this weekends GP there was talk of a 4th day also but not sure how feasible that will be with schedules etc - also unsure of if we'll see race drivers as well as non-race drivers
Will have to keep an eye out for other S2Ki-ers, I'll probably be taking my R32 for a run out though.

I'll probably buy the 3 day ticket and go along each afternoon. It's handy being 20 minutes away.
I'll just have to hope I don't find any contract work in the meantime.
From watching FP3, it's looking like Germany is going to be the Sebastian Vettel show. Hamilton was struggling and moaning a lot, and Alonso looks to be nowhere too.

Scroll down abit and watch the interview with Kimi. I think alot of people think that this guy is just plain rude but i get the impression that Kimi wants to just go out and race. He would be more suited to the 70's where James Hunt would have a fag after a race! I dont get annoyed with his behaviour because he hates all the corporate BS that F1 is about nowdays. I also hate this side of the sport and it seems being an F1 driver is more about PR then it is about racing.
On other news after Webber's tyre hitting the cameraman they are now banning all press from the pitlane. They will only be able to film from the pitlane wall. This really annoys me because i can understand that there is a Health and Safety risk but that tyre could of hit a member of another teams pit crew. This ban doesn't take into account the fact that the pitstops are way too fast nowdays. I wish they put a minimum time on the pitstops, abit like what they do in endurance racing but obviously not 10 minutes! It would make the racing more about the drivers and less about pit strategies.
F1 needs to up its game now, too much BS in the sport and not enough racing. Im glad the touring cars are on ITV4, sort of makes up for it!
