The Formula 1 Thread - 2014
Interesting BBC article about how the money in F1 is shared. Ferrari appear to be on the receiving end of at least two bonuses for ... er ... being Ferrari.
Was it just me, or was Ted Kravitz walking interview item behind the pits the most dull, non event of the day(or the day before), no one would talk to him, he sounded as nervious as a badger during the cull, even Damon Hill snubbed him. Only Natalie Pinkham gave him a few words. I was cringing with embarrasment for him. Sky's presentation is truly awful.

Have you been eating some dodgy mushrooms?
It's finally happened. Filipe Nasr is to be a race F1 driver with Sauber:

It's Brundle and Blundell all over again, if Brundle and Blundell had had the same first names.

A nice roundup and I enjoy that Kravitz is clearly a huge fan of F1. Good that we get to hear about all the teams - very different from the old ITV days.

But his voice was trembling, I've worked in media years ago, if you can hear a trembling voice on TV it usually is ten times worse in the flesh, no wonder no one wanted to talk to him. Very unlike Coultard or Irvine.
