Aided and abetted by Seb's spinning and panic driving, poor pit strategy, and Bottas taking it on the chin a couple of times for the team.

 

It seems that Max has inherited his fathers penchant for assault.
I think that Ocon was poorly treated and wrongly blamed for the incident.
Max also had a hissy fit on the podium,he really is coming across as a spoilt brat.

 

Watched this a few times and it's clear as daylight, Max was pissed off by Ocon's unwillingness to be lapped so Max chose to squeeze him off the track rather than wait a few metres and make a clean pass, totally Max's fault and the wrong driver got the penalty.
