Default Getting keys for a car when you dont have a set

Hi there wondering if anyone can help my friend has a car but unfortunately no keys as her ex husband took them when they got divorced. Now shes trying to get the car ready to sell and wasnt sure how to get new keys.

Go to the dealer with the registration of the vehicle they can cut the key by vin number, the keys also need to be programmed by the dealership.

She presumably has the V5 (log book) document in her own name?
